Dividend information area shows the dividend information available for the selected holder.

• Dividend preferences – the holder’s recorded dividend preferences.

• Outstanding dividends – outstanding items, amounts and totals.

• Dividend confirmations – available statements that can be opened or downloaded as PDF documents.

Review dividend information

1. Open the required holder record.

2. Select Dividend information.

3. Review the holder’s preferences and any outstanding dividends.

4. Open an available dividend confirmation to view or download it.
