Holder details may include:

• Holder identification – registered name and Investor Code.

• Personal details – available address and communication information.

• Bank and payment details – payment preferences and available payment information.

• Other holder details – communication preference and register membership date.

• Joint holders – the names of any joint holders linked to the account.

View or export details

1. Open the required shareholder record from Search.

2. Select Holder details.

3. Review each information section.

4. Select the CSV export option if you need a downloadable copy.

Review the information available for the selected holder and export it where required.
