The Geographical distribution view groups available register information by location, helping you understand the regional spread of your shareholder base.
You’re planning an investor communication or engagement campaign and need to understand the geographical spread of your shareholder base, so you can target activity more effectively.
Open Registry in the left-hand sidebar and select Snapshot.
Apply the required Snapshot filters.
Go to Geographical distribution.
Review the locations shown.
Compare the number or proportion of holders across geographical areas.
Select a location to view more detail, if this option is available.
Review the geographical spread of holders on your register.
Use the geographical information to support:
Shareholder communication planning.
Investor engagement activity.
Register analysis.
Board and governance reporting.

Good to know:
Geographical information is based on the address details held on the register. A holder’s registered address may not reflect the location of the underlying beneficial owner. The level of geographical detail available may vary between holders.
